Is H2Ocean spray really better than home remedy of a mild sea salt and warm wate!

Question: Is H2Ocean spray really better than home remedy of a mild sea salt and warm water solution?

I've had two piercings now. I've heard that H2Ocean is just over priced salene solution. I refuse to pay 15 dollars for a sea salt/water mixture that I can make myself. The advertisings for it brag that it's the best because it's all natural but so is my solution. But, is this true? Will the healing times be about the same between the two solutions or does H2Ocean really work better?

I'd prefer someone who has tried both ways and compared the two, but any answer is welcome.

I used both, only because they gave a free bottle out, better and easy enough to make your own. Just use sea salt instead of table salt. Table salt has other stuff in it.
