Question: I need help choosing a muscle-building supplement.?
I've got a strong workout routine and diet going, but really want to build up a lot of lean muscle and don't know what kind of stuff to look into. Muscle milk, whey protein? Etc. Anyone wanna give me some insight on what kinda supplement to take and maybe a respected brand?

The biggest difference you can make is to increase your protein intake, whey powder is a cheap way of doing this. Look on bodybuilding forums for advice; most agree you need around 1.5 grams of protein intake per day for each pound of body weight.
