I would recommend you start with Wayne Dyer Cd "Meditation with (or for) Manifestations" He uses mantras for meditation followed by positive affirmations. It is a great place to start if you are wanting to learn and experience the benefits of meditation. The more you meditiate (I would recommend 20 min. in the AM and 20min in the PM, the easier it becomes!

It's a lot easier if you order a guided meditation from amazon to get started; you have to train your mind, and just sitting in a corner won't do it.
