my daughter can remember anything from the past 2 days. she is feeling like that what she is doing is not real. she feels like its all fake. she just starts staring at random things, and she does things but she feels like shes just not thinking about it. i was woundering if i should take her to the hospital she has hdhd and bipolar and she takes medicine but i checked it out and none of them are memor loss and feeling semi real

It's called emotional blunting, and many psych meds do that. Also, your daughter could have a unique physiology that is VERY disagreeable with certain meds. FDA approval does not mean that it's safe. Remember fenphen, zelnorm, et al.
Memory loss is not part of emotional blunting and sounds very serious. I would strongly request the doctor prescribe something else or give her an alternate course of therapy. Meds treat symptoms, not causes, and you owe to your daughter to try to live without "band aid" drugs.
