Looking for a Natural Vegetable Supplement / Multi Vitamin.?!

Question: Looking for a Natural Vegetable Supplement / Multi Vitamin.?
I keep hearing that synthetic vitamins (hard pill) are not good. I do not eat vegetables, and do not want to take 3 different vitamins a morning. Is there something out there, of high quality as a vegetable supplement, but also contains that of a multi vitamin, and minerals also?

Please let me know of what brands and why you think they are the best.

how about try this brand "Isotonix" multivitamin powder. It offers the fastest and most efficient absorption of all oral forms of nutritional supplementation. Since human body is 60-70% of liquid, is faster and more efficient absorption into the bloodstream increases the value of taking nutritional supplements.

Check out the following site to review the products. Is not expensive either. My parent use it too. Since you're getting old, their body need more supplement.

MegaFood - MegaFood's vitamins are made from food. "MegaFood is the only whole food supplement company to have control over the integrity of the ingredients from harvest to tablet." [1]

Garden of Life - Garden of Life uses probiotics and yeast to make the vitamins and minerals more bio-available. Garden of Life uses according to their website: "... the two different probiotic growing processes (S. cerevisiae and L. bulgaricus) and the answer is pretty simple. Each process contributes its own unique set of co-factors to the final raw ingredient. By including vitamins and minerals grown in each process you are offered a wider array of beneficial co-factors." The idea is that the vitamins and minerals are more bio-available than "synthetic" vitamins and they have additional benefits like COQ 10, SOD, etc. [2]

New Chapter - Similar to Garden of Life in that they use probiotics to make the vitamins/minerals more bio-available and easier to absorb for your body. They mix in organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs to add even more potency to their products.

These are probably some of the most popular products and should be easier to find in a local health food store. Note that while these companies label "synthetic vitamins" as bad that is not necessarily the whole story. Synthetic vitamins have been used for over 60 years and have been used in thousands of studies. Take for folic acid for example:

"After fortification, an estimated 1,640 spina bifida--affected pregnancies and 1,380 anencephaly-affected pregnancies occurred, for an annual average of 3,020 NTD-affected pregnancies (a 27% decline)." [4]

So synthetic vitamins are not necessarily as bad as certain people portray them to be. If you wanted to avoid taking a hard tablet versus a soft capsule that would certainly make sense. It is much easier to absorb capsules than hard tablets.
