For those of you who have taken Alli.......?!
Question: For those of you who have taken Alli.......?
I eat very healthily, mostly fruits, lean proteins (not totally fat free though obviously)
Could I take Alli just for 1 month? I'm a college student, and i dont have much money.
Say I controlled my calories for 1 month and took it (and worked out a lot) ----aka, followed the guidelines...
and lost some weight....and then stopped taking it after 1 month, but still controlled my calories and exercised?
Would I just gain it back?
Like...would I have to start eating even less after I stopped taking it (to keep losing weight?)

Tbh i dont know why i answer these questions, i dont really know much of alli but it sounds like a slimming drug which is unatural and playing god if you ask me.
Seriously no one is really botherd about girls being slightly overweight i dont care im going out with someone who slightly obese - if she herd i said that she would probally dump me
But yeahh seriously yeah just cut down on the kfc and all the fatty stuff , annd most importantly eat less CUT DOWN ON DA MUDDA ******** SNAKS. Eat when your hungry not when you feel like it because you only taste this nice sweetnes or salty stuff in the snaks afterrnoon dinners you have for a few seconds and it just puts on weight
So bascially eat less but not to muchh ( and please dont go aneioxix or however you spell it )
and im sure you aint that fat just eat less yeahh hope i helped!
just DO IT ! :)
Yes, you will lose weight. I wrapped up week one and lost 10.6 pounds. That was on a very strict diet and workout routine.
After month one just eat right, work out, and don't eat fast food. Give yourself one splurge meal a week. You'll keep it off. (:
