There has been a study done on how to reduce the pain of vaccinations, though the sampling was of children only.

Edit: National Vaccine Misinformation Centre* fixed. Sounds official, doesn't? It's really an anti vaccine organization.

It all depends on where the shot goes, if it misses your heart and brain you have a very good chance of survival. Even livers can be patched up if you get to a trauma unit in time. If you know you are likely to get shot then wear an armored vest.

I hate needles too. I pass out with them. The best thing to do is to lay down, and take a deep breath. Usually they dont hurt that bad, but just the whole fear of needles gets me worried. You will be fine! Good luck ;)

I just tell them I'm a wuss about needles and tell them I get faint. They get it, really. Look away or close your eyes and hum. It helps a lot.

Just don't stress about it. Keep pinching yourself cause that's what it feels like. You will do just fine. :)

Most holistic medical practitioners give their clients the independent research that shows how harmful vaccines are. You can find this info. at the National Vaccine Information Centre website so that you can make a more informed decision.
If you're bound and determined to do this then you just have to grin and bear it. You don't have any other options except not to bother. Most people just look away and think of something else.
