Im a paraplegic t4 how long do I have to live?!

You can live the rest of your life. Just because you smoke and drink and use a wheelchair doesn't mean you are going to die.

I have spina bifida and USE a wheelchair. I have a normal life span.

I suppose smoking and drinking could possible reduce your life span just like anyone else. The new stats are 1 in 3 smokers dies from a smoking related disease, so I guess those are pretty good or bad odds depending on how you look at it.

But smoking realted deaths are nasty and it takes a long time. My Mom has pretty much every disease you can think of related to smoking besides cancer (COPD, emphysema, CHF, Chronic bronchitis) as well as already having had 1 heart attack and she is teathered to oxygen 24/7 and says she feels like a dog on a leash, she is always sick and in pain and this has been going on now for 10 years.

I am guessing you might be asking because you are depressed and want to cut it short. I am probably the most pessimistic person you will ever meet so I can actually see your point but going about a slow painful death is not the way, plus you are only 17 and there are a lot of paraplegic folks who live great fullfilling lives, no reason you can't be one of them.
