Would it be ok for me to take a medication that's "intended for adult !

Question: Would it be ok for me to take a medication that's "intended for adult use only" even though I'm not an adult?
I haven't been sleeping well so I got this thing called "dream water" it's like a sleeping pill except liquid pretty much but on the back it says "For adults only: not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of children." Well, I'm 15, is it BAD if I take it or what?

It's probably pretty harmless actually. It supposedly contains GABA, Melatonin and 5HT, as well as some flavouring, but I can't find out how much of the active ingredients it actually contains. I suspect not very much at all. The above chemicals have been tested in adults, (with dubious effects on sleep, FYI) so any effect on children and adolescents is just a guess, that's why the advisory warning.

Overall, it seems like a gimmick. It's a flashy website, some sciency explanations, and lots of testimonials and offers to get your "free" sample. It strikes me more as a multi-level marketing company selling a dubious product.

I googled it and applied my brain

It depends on your health conditions. If your healthy, I guess you can take it. If you're not...(I'm pretty sure you are) it's better if you don't take it. If you're really paranoid just don't. Or just store the dream water away for 3 years. I guess.

Go to bed earlier!!!

Don't you dare take anything like that.Your body is not mature enough to handle the medication. That is the reason that the warning is on the back.It could put you into toxic shock.

Do not take this product without the approval of a doctor. Where is your parents, they should know about this. Maybe they could help you with this question. I hope everything works.

Just take half the regular intended dose and you should be fine

I would say yes because a lot of adult drugs can cause brain damage and bad reactions

just use less of it, that should be ok
