Question: Can you use warm boiled water for enema?

i was just reading from a website that says tap water should not be used.

Yes, using tap water can cause more harm than good...so boil your water, let it cool, you can also add a pinch of salt to the water before taking the enema.

Cant see why not but I know hospitals dont use water at all now.
