What do I used for first aide for a sore toe?!

not much info to work from, but if it has not got an open wound/cut and its sore cos you banged it, the possibility of it being broken is high. Its not a big deal, just keep a sock on it or a shoe, if you really want strap it to the next toe or two along so you dont bang it more and does not get seperated on a painful angle. Even at the hospital all they tell you to do is this, along with R.I.C.E- rest, ice, compression, elevation
