Rescue Remedy & a driving test?!

Question: Rescue Remedy & a driving test?
Hey all :)

I have my driving test in 2 weeks, and i just know my nerves will get the better of me :(
So i've been looking for something herbal that will take the edge of my nerves. A lot of people have recommended Kalms tablets, but just reading through some reviews on Google and they don't seem that good!! But then i came across Bach Rescue Remedy, that comes in droplet or spray form, and they state it's good for things like driving tests.

So who's tried it & can honestly say it helped with there nerves??

Rescue remedy is great. I would highly recommend it. I have never used it for a driving test, but for anxiety and nerves it is great. I would suggest you take a few drops when you first get to the driving facility and then I would repeat it right before you take the actual test. There is also a homeopathic version call distress remedy, that works very similar. it is side effect free but of course some people are more sensitive to some things than others.

I have tried it and it didn't help me at all. These "concoctions" have a placebo effect, it is not the "concoction" that is helping, it is your own mind healing your malady. That is a good thing. Believe it will work, have faith in the unknown and it WILL work for you. It didn't work for me because I don't believe in homeopathy. I'm sure you will do well on your driving test, just believe in yourself and the power of your mind to see you through. I apologize if I ruffled any feathers in the alternative medicine community, I am just being honest about my own personal experiences with homeopathy.

Tried lots of alternative cures in my lifetime.

Kalms is primarily an insomnia remedy.
Bach Rescue Remedy helps to get rid of stress and anxiety in response to fear, shock, etc. It won't make you drowsy or "out of it".
My Mom uses it and it works like a charm.
