the affect of zoloft and shrooms?!
Question: The affect of zoloft and shrooms?
I have been on 50mg of zoloft for a little less than a month now and I am wanting to take some shrooms tonight. Will the zoloft completely dampen the effect of the shrooms, or will i be ok since i havent been taking it for too long? Also, would it have the same effect with lsd?

Do not EVER take shrooms or LSD (or any other serotonergic substance) in combination with Zoloft. It's a SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) and taking any SSRI (and most other serotonergic antidepressants) may lead to serotonin syndrome, which is pretty dangerous.
