Adderall stopping my growing?!

Question: Adderall stopping my growing?
Ok so I'm in 10th grade and I'm almost 16. I'm on adderall for ADHD and i take my medication almost everyday at least twice. I know adderall slows down growing and there are pretty bad side affects to it. Anyways, Ever since i got on it which was about a year ago, i haven't grown at all! I weight about 105 pounds and im about 5'2 in height. Is that bad? My therapist told me that i might be done growing for good because i've also had my period since 6th grade and she said that shows im done growing too. This bothers me because i have an identical twin who is growing normally and isn't on any medication. She weighs 10 pounds more and is at least 2 inches taller. She has boobs and the body and I'm the little one. how do i make my boobs grow? I'm a 34b and shes a C. I need to know really, am i about done growing? and how can i make my boobs grow? I cant gain like any weight... This is just really making me upset because I dont want to be this small forever. Even though she has a boyfriend and i dont, she gets more attention from guys and they think her body is hot. I dont get a lot of comments on mine and we are considered identical twins...

You may have stopped growing but you certainly could grow more. Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts) can effect growth but studies have found that people do "catch up" and grow like they normally would. So you may just have to wait a while before growing more but the vast majority of people do grow normally.

You might also talk to your doctor about lowering the dose of Adderall a bit, that will likely increase your ability to gain some weight.

Don't worry too much, you are not even 16 and a lot can change.

People, even identical twins, develop through puberty differently. Chances are you have many of the same genetics and will eventually catch up with her.

And you may still grow if you have a healthy diet with exercise. Your growth plates close at the age of 18, so you still have the ability to get taller.
