First of all, get a diagnosis from a doctor. Ulcers are usually caused by a bacteria called H. Pylori, and therefore will require antibiotics for treatment, which you cannot get without seeing a doctor

I presume you mean ulcer, try eating less fatty foods and pastries that aggravate it, avoid alcohol too, drink milk or get somethink like milk of magnesia if it starts giving you trouble and see a doc

What kind of ulcer? If it is a stomach ulcer I would see a dr. They can prescribe a medicine that will coat your stomach so it can heal. They are not fun to have...also changing your diet will help also.
