I bought some sea kelp pills for myself. I just need to know afew things.
1) how many pills should I take and when a day?
2) Is it okay to eat or drink something after drinking this pill?
3) How long does it take until this pill works?
4) (Sorry, this one is kinda gross, sorry) And if I go to the toilet to do my business after I drank the pill, will I 'poo' it out and will it be useless then?

You need to call a health food store and ask these questions. Usually they are more knowledgable than a doctor when it comes to supplements
