How can I wake up after a nap?!


Question: How can I wake up after a nap?
It's like 8 pm now and I want to go to sleep and wake up, say, 2 am? Because I have half an essay to finish and a small quiz to study for and I have to do them tomorrow morning :S

BUT

I've had lots of troubles with naps. Once I wake up from it, I go to sleep straight away. I end up not doing the homework / studying! How can I REALLY wake up, slap myself, and just DO THE WORK. I really need the nap / sleep because I am SO tired. I can't work properly while thinking of sleep.

So, should I take the nap? And what are some ways to wake up from it and really get to work?

you should set your phone alarm for 2 am then set a regular clock alarm for 205 am so you sure to wake up. also when you get up quickly brush your teeth with really minty toothpaste and wash your face withh some cold water. also if you drink coffee make some then when you wake up drink it.



Just roll out of bed. The shock from falling normally wakes people up. Or something slightly painful works too. Most people don't even wake up with alarms anymore...haha

I know what you mean! Try doing some quick jumping jacks or some type of stimulating exercise to get your heart rate up. Take a quick shower. Have an energy drink or coffee. Play some energetic music.
