Question: Is it alright to swallow my pills after I eat a little?
I take pills for body acne. They are pretty big blue capsules and on the bottle it says to take on an empty stomache. But, this morning I totally forgot and had some yogurt before I took them and I'm just wondering if it effected anything? Will they will still work the same ?

It should be fine
usually bottles which indicate
that meen that normally its the acid
in your stomach which will open
the capsule and release
whatever is inside to make it work
but if you had a yogourt, its not
a lot of food, so it may take a little bit
longer for the capsule to acitivate
but you still have bacteria and acid in your
stomach to work
should be just fine :)
