Question: Vision Therapy Question?
so i recently found out that my left eye is slightly lazy and i've been depending on my right eye for most of my life. my doctor gave me glasses (not to help me see better though) and instructed me to put an eye patch on my right eye to exercise my left eye daily. he told me to engage in activities such as computer games to enhance this eye... what are some other activities that would be good to do while wearing my eye patch to exercise my left eye? do you know of any good computer games that would exercise my eye? so far all i've been using is this game: http://www.members.iinet.net.au/~pontipak/redsquare.html

Reading, staring at distant scenes, viewing photos, all those sorts of daily things that you normally have been doing with your right eye, just patch your right eye for and do with your left eye. Any video games with action, like platformers, shooters, racing games, etc will make your eye track around the screen and are what you're looking for.
Not a whole lot more you can do. Just... do some visual tasks!
