What's wrong with this?!


Question: What's wrong with this?
Okay, so I have this cough that just won't go away. It started about 5 days away when I had a fever of 103.4. But now I'm stuck with this nasty cough. And it hurts my throat everytime I have to cough. Sometimes My chest hurts from how hard I have to cough. I've taken medicine, coughdrops, even drank lots of water. I really don't wanna go to the doctors, just in case it's nothing. Also, I have these tiny red circle marks on top of my mouth.
I just really need an answer as to what this might be. Thank you.

I would visit a doctor now,
You had a fever and things aren't looking much better now.

Eat enough fruit,
try to sleep enough,
apart from some essential medicine you may need now.

Just knowing what it might be (on the mainstream medicine level)
may not help you very much.

Just go to the doctors, they don't mind if it's nothing to worry about, and you'll have peace of mind.

Apart from the marks in your mouth, which I've never heard of, I would have guessed it could be a throat or chest infection, but more likely a bad cold or virus.

It sounds like bronchitis---and if you really don't want to go to the doctor, go to a health food store and get you a homeopathic antibiotic along with grapefruit seed extract. Both are natural antibiotic and might just help you get over this......
