I told her to take two 30s
would that be too much for her?

100 lbs? Jesus.. I hope for her sake that she's on the short side. If she's of average or above average height, stimulants are not for her as they decrease appetite.
Anyway, to answer the question, it would be enough, maybe a little too much. start her off with 30, give it 15-20 mins, if not enough give her half of the other 30, if still enough give her the last half. Have her work her way up. You can always take more, but you can't take less.
Just an added note, if she does end up taking both 30s at once she wont die or anything. But why take both if she can get high off one? Then she has another saved for another time :)
