Internal bleeding or something else?!

Ive been really ill for the last couple of days. I havent eaten but also felt sick so everytime ive tried to be sick nothings come up because theres nothing to bring up also everytime i tried being sick i had a massive headache like it was under pressure and my eyes suddenly went bloodshot completely red. Im not feeling sick anymore though but ive noticed when ive gone to the toilet its come out jet black? I remember someone having this problem and it turned out to be internal bleeding which had dried up called melena? I was wondering if this sounds like internal bleeding and should i go to the doctors to have it further looked into? Im pretty worried about it to be honest and id apreciate the help. Thanks
