Yeah an antihistamine would be good for the fever caused by Dex but it might make it worse. If it's triple cs that ur taking, then dont take another antihistamine cuz it already has some in it. But if its just DXM, you can take a Benadryl or two. or whatever kind of allergy medicine u take
