How do you make essiac tea?!

Question: How do you make essiac tea?
I've been researching it a little and I was curious if it would be possible to make it myself. Thanks!

Answers:

I have read great things about it but I do not know how to make it ,
if you are fighting cancer you should learn about low dose naltrexone , it is saving lives and it is non toxic and very low cost and it can be taken with or without standard treatment , a medical doctor has a great site about it at http://www.lowdosnaltrexone.org.........…
and immunocal is something else to learn about , it is listed in the physicians desk reference , it is non toxic also

You can doubtless make something that is just as ineffective yourself, and save yourself a lot of money.

I'm answering the question just in case you are asking on behalf of someone with cancer, as this is what Essiac is usually peddled for.

The fact is, Essiac has never been proven effective against anything. It's promoted by people wanting to make a fast buck from desperate and vulnerable people.

Clinical studies in the 1970s and 80s following up people who had taken Essiac showed no evidence of any change in expected disease progression.

If you want some background information:

Rene Caisse, who created Essiac in the 1920s, at first claimed the formula could strengthen the immune system, improve appetite, relieve pain and generally improve quality of life. It was only later that she went on to claim it could attack cancerous tumours.

She wouldn't allow researchers to investigate Essiac, refusing to reveal her 'secret formula'. This fact didn't stop her claiming years later that there had been a conspiracy to cover it up - the old fraud.

Several animal tests using samples of Essiac have shown no antitumour activity. Nor did a review of data on 86 patients performed by the Canadian federal health department during the early 1980s .

As you're researching Essiac, you may find this study interesting:

'Essiac and Flor-Essence herbal tonics stimulate the in vitro growth of human breast cancer cells'

It's a special formula created by Rene Caisse and you're better off just buying the real deal at the health food store.
