Hi,

I can tell you from my own experience...

I used to have "disconnections" in memory. I used to do something, and then, if there was any interruption, I had a "disconnection" and I couldn't remember what I was doing. This occurred when I was working, searching some thing on the net, reading etc.

I started taking Omega 3 from clary sage seeds oil, and within a few days, these disconnections were gone, not to ever return.

This was 10 months ago. Since then I feel the Omega 3 supports my memory and my ability to concentrate.

IMHO, you should try it yourself and see what it does for you.

Good luck,

The best thing you could do to improve your memory is exercise.

That's free,
and you cannot be cheated.
