Question: Are Mega-T Green Tea pills safe for a 17 yr old girl?
I am 17 & 277 lbs. I work out 4 days a week.

They are safe, yes. However I don't think that the pills are as good as natural tea leaves. If I were you I'd consider making home brewed green tea instead of taking it in supplement form. I know drinking it in tea form can boost metabolism up to 18%.
