Whats the strongest over the counter sleep aid?!

I've tried a number of them and 2 tylenol pm's work best for me.

Doxylamine succinate. You can buy this in generic form using that name. It is the ingredient in Nyquil and one of the Unisom products. All others are diphenhydramine which is plain Benedryl which is much cheaper to buy the generic Benadryl tablets than the overpriced "sleep aids". Get a box of each product and test them out to see what works best on you as we are all different. Personally I have the best luck with melatonin and the Doxylamine Succinate. Unisom is the best! I suffer from insomnia for years and this is what I take after trying a lot of different types of sleep-aid. It will knock you out within 30 minutes, promise.
