I couldn't find an answer based on your description, and the picture you provided was kind of blurry, but you can use this website to search for the pill by shape, color, and imprints on the pill. I did the search already for yellow round pills with the letter e on them, and there were only about 3 possible matches that were the same color, but none had just an "e" on it. Hope this site helps.

Take them to the pharmacy. I don't know where you got them. But, I freaked out once because a few years ago I had a kidney problem and took 3 different pills for 6 months. When I got home I noticed my white pill was blue. I went back to the pharmacy immediately and accused them of giving me the wrong medication. They tried telling me that it was the same medication and was manufactured and the look was different. I was apprehensive and mad that they did not tell me. I made them print off the pill on the computer from that manufacture and compare it to the pills I got. It was correct and I went to another pharmacy to verify it. I had the right medication.
So it can be hard to identify a drug due to the manufacturer as I learned.
