Some IBS help please?!

Question: Some IBS help please?
I'm not sure if my symptoms are related to IBS, but I have had said symptoms for over a year now.
Pain in my stomach-it moves around, so sometimes the pain is on the lower right side, or sometimes in the middle. It isn't constant.
I have found in "stressful" conditions the pain is worse, but also and my main problem, is that my stomach makes noises-like when a stomach rumble when someone is hungry-but I'm not. These "Stressful" conditions don't even seem that bad-during class time and in most of my classes and during exams. Because I am trying make sure the noise isn't heard I couldn't focus that much on my exams, and I have even more coming up this year. It's definitely gotten worse during this college year
I have had back ache for a few weeks one and off (I am just trying to say everything).
Also over the past day or so I have been having mild diarrhea, I do sometimes get it, but I'm not sure if it is related to IBS, because I wasn't eating much at the time.

Is this IBS? And what can I do to help get rid of it? Please help, I have exams soon and don't want to suffer like I did with my GCSE's. Thank you!

The best way for a lot of diseases is change of perception (conviction).

It's not easy for us westerners because we usually learn on the mental level only.

Changing a conviction goes deeper.

Maybe try EFT when you have time.

Important is to feel for yourself what will help.
A good facilitator may be necessary.
See if you feel connected with the facilitator.
If you feel resistance, find someone else.

Good luck.

I have no idea what a GCSE is, but they can tell if you have IBS with an exam if you see a doctor. I'm missing part of my intestine because of an accident and so I have problems that are similar. I take acacia fiber, apple fiber, or metamucil several times a day, and probiotics from time to time. It helps. I just rotate the different fibers around and then I buy a probiotic if it is on sale. I don't take that all the time.

Good luck with your exams.

It could be a variety of things like IBS, Gastrointestinitis, or Diverticulitis. There is a new product on the market called Align that is for digestive problem. My friend had similar problems and sought help from a chiropractor. Her L-5 was out of line and pinching the nerve the controls the digestive system. She claimed it worked but it took several sessions.

You will get nowhere with alternative medicine. Its mostly scams and placebo treatments, offered by people with little or no medical training. IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. You need to see a proper doctor who will give you a proper examination, go over your medical history and diet etc. Do not self diagnose or self treat via the internet.

Take a good quality probiotic supplement that gives you 15 billion live cells per dose. Avoid dairy products, sugar and gluten (it's in most starchy foods). This should fix you up in a few days. Take 5000iu of vitamin D3 daily to boost your immune system.
You can be tested for IBS and Celiac Disease. Your best bet if there is a positive diagnosis is to see a professional Homeopath or Naturopath. All of these GI problems are better treated holistically and with the necessary lifestyle modifications than with drugs.
