Question: I need natural help with my insomnia.?
I'm a 17 year old girl, and ever since I can remember I've been a light sleeper. Lately it's gotten much much much worse to the point where I'm getting about three or four hours of sleep per night. I'm eating vegan, I'm drinking tons of water, I run and do yoga twice a day. I've cleaned up my lifestyle like crazy, but insomnia and depression keep catching up with me.
do you have any none medication recomendations to help me?

Before going to bed, massage cool herbal oils such as Brahmi(Asiatic pennywort) oil and hibiscus oil on you scalp. They induce sound sleep. However avoid their usage in winters.
Also try massaging the soles of your feet with castor oil.
Alternatively you can try massaging the soles of your feet with cucumber peels also.

Have a great remedy for sleeplessness (insomnia). I was skeptical as I would go to a nutritionist to find out why I wasn't sleeping, but I found that this supplement has been really good.

You could try melatonin, valerian but the best is 5-htp.

It puts you in a really good mood and makes you sleepy as hell. Almost like smokin a bowl. Its good for depression to.

Take it everyday



try drinking a glass of milk before sleeping.. hope it helps
