Niacin
crimini mushrooms and tuna. Very good sources include salmon, chicken breast, asparagus, halibut, and venison

Riboflavin
Excellent sources of vitamin B2 include mushrooms, calf's liver, and spinach. Yogurt, milk, soy beans and beef tenderloin
