You shouldn't be at work if you're feeling impaired. I had never heard of this, so I just looked it up. I'm not sure how it is sold in the U.S. but it doesn't sound like a very good mix. It obviously has taken quite an effect on you. I would suggest that you leave work until you're feeling better. It seems to me that you're putting yourself as well as others at risk. Depending what kind of work you are doing, it may be illegal for you to be working under the influence. These are mind and mood altering medications. Please get someone to fill in for you or call your supervisor and inform him/her that you are ill and need to go home, the sooner the better. Please get some medical attention for yourself to make sure that nothing more serious is going on. Feel better. Cher.

Night Nurse does cause drowsiness but if you only had the one dose on Saturday it is quite possible that it is the cold making you feel ill and not the medicine. They make Day Nurse as well that does not cause drowsiness and should be taken during the day.

Night nurse contains a stiff dose of paracetamol. If you have an allergy to it then you will have these symptons until it has got out of your system.

talk with a medical person...... call them and ask. or if your in the united states call your local 24 hr walgreens pharmacist. Or a pharmacist where you live......
