Are Spring Valley vitamins all natural?!
Question: Are Spring Valley vitamins all natural?
Answers:
I've heard mixed answers about the quality of Spring Valley before... some say they're okay, some say they're bad. The best way to get the answer would be to call the company and ask where they come from, but the most common natural source of B Vitamin supplements is from Brewer's Yeast.
As opposed to Evirus, the synthetic sources for B Vitamins can come from the same sources as gasoline comes from... they have been verified as definitely not being as healthy and can do damage to your body over time in sufficient doses.
With that being said, there are many higher quality companies out there that are readily available and well priced... just make sure the company has a good rating with either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as those are the main quality assurance organizations (USP is for the U.S., GMP is for the U.S. and worldwide). As long as they have a good rating, they will use good sources for their nutrients. Good luck and I hope I helped!

do fret about weather or not the ingredients are "natural" chemicals are chemicals weather they come from an apple or an industrial process, what matters is what the chemical is, poison ivy for instance is natural. if you want your vitamins from a "natural source" taking a pill seems like an obvious "no" answer, just eat a balanced diet, go outside every once in awhile, and you'll get your vitamins from your diet and sunlight in the case of vitamin D(or some breads and milk have them added)
