Apparently, you haven't been eating much fruits and vegetables. Try eating only fruit in the morning. Eat as much as you want and your body will clean itself out naturally. The body's elimination (cleansing) cycle is in the morning. Eating fruit at this time will help you get fast relief.

There's no shame in going to the doctor for health questions or buying a product you need! I'm not a doctor but am a health freak, so maybe try psyllium husk. It's probably one of the better homeopathic remedies along with bentonite clay. Also going easy on cooked foods, processed things and meat helps. Gently fasting periodically gives you digestive tract some time to catch up so that's a thing to consider.
Do Not Take Any Chemical Based Medicine to Cure Contipation. It will worsen the situation eventually.
Do the following :
1. Buy figs from the market and boil one or two figs in half to full glass of milk. Let it boil well for a few minutes. Then add some organic sugar or honey to it and drink it before sleeping at night.
This will not only cure your constipation but is a great vitamin for your body and help you in so many ways.
2. When you get up in the morning , you drink warm water with half to one tspfull of honey stirred into it and sometimes little fresh lime ito it.
Doing the above two things together will help every one immensely throughout life.

coffee , prunes or some laxative drinks will do your right up, i have trouble using the pooper to some times and coffee clears that all up for me within 10 mins or so of drinking a nice tall mug of coffee i feel my bowels starting to work ,it works for me maybe u can c if it does for u , but theres not shame in the doc theyre there to help , good luck
