Question: Serenity please help.?

I smoked it thinking it was pot stupid of me Ik, like after I smoked it this was 5-9 days ago I can't think straight I keep mixing up my words when I talk and spacing out for no reason now, I'm sleepy 24/7 now even when I get 10 hours of sleep am I just being stupid and imagining this or did it **** me up? and it was only a little. 1 time smoking.
