Whats the best thing to use?!

my GP suggested I use arnicare cream which I bought in local chemist but it is also sold in health shops. It worked very quickly on me

Arnica cream or gel (health food store carries it) applied topically.
The Homeopathic remedy Arnica (taken as directed) reduces swelling, bruising and inflammation by at least 50%. Many top-notch cosmetic surgeons are prescribing Arnica for their patients post-op.

Listen to the doctor, homeopathy is a scam and NO qualified and intelligent doctor would ever recommend a fake treatment.

Alternatively wait for it to resolve on its own.
