do you have a cold ? Fluid building up in your ear, try a over the counter decongestant to get it to drain, when it drain out it will pop like mine did
Putting few drops of hydrogen peroxide in painful blocked ear first and allow it to remain bubbling
for about ten minutes and then tilt your affected ear so the hydrogen peroxide trickles out. Repeat
in the other ear as well and you should be fine. Just in case pain returns in any ear, here is a nice
yogic treatment called Shunya mudra. Sit on a chair and keep palms facing upward on their respective
legs. Now fold the middle finger of both the palms so that it touches the base of the thumb.Now
cover this bent middle finger with its respective thumb over it and keep other three fingers
straight. Maintain this mudra(gesture) for 5 minutes only and your earache should vanish like magic.
