Is OK to vaporize weed EVERYDAY if?!

Question: Is OK to vaporize weed EVERYDAY if?
You are in pain but refuse to take any form of pill?

I live a very healthy LifeStyle. I do not smoke weed (i.e. J's, Bong or Pipe) just vape it. I do drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes or take anything as simple as an aspirin let alone a Rx drug.

I do have edibles on a daily basis at bedtime.

Answers:

I'm just starting to use a vaporizer for pain relief and I use it not only daily, but a few times a day.

Vapor is heather for you then smoking. The act of setting the herb on fire causes tar and other nasty things to appear and enter your lungs. I am not sure yet on the temperature, I was told to start at 280*F and go as high as 320*F (I have a digital reading on my vaporizer), increasing 10 degrees each time, till I find the temperature that gives me the best pain relief. The other gentleman above mentioned as low as 180*F, not sure on that one, but worth looking into.

However, if you are going for healthy, the best way would be to eat it. Depending on how much funds you have to help you with this, you can either buy goods that are already baked, or buy the herb and make your own. But the best is to grow your own then you have what you need to eat without it costing you a ton. If you do buy pre-made, make sure you know what is in it. A general "cannabis" label shouldn't be enough. Because remember, each strain has different traits, so you need to eat what will help you most.

Personal opinion of a current vaporizer user and knowledge gleamed from experience and research online.

yeah why not

I have a vaporizer too, and I used to smoke pot from bongs but in the last 3 months I've gotten very sick and decided that my lung health is too important and weed isn't important enough. I went through a mild withdrawal, I say mild because it's weed, it was a harsh withdrawal for weed but by the standard of controlled substances it was mild.
Now I use my vaporizer once a week, for a period I used it every day, and I've done a ton of research into how it actually interacts with the human body, I'm in school studying anatomy and physiology at the University of Windsor and I've talked to more than one of my professors on the matter too.
The only recorded negative side effects to vaporizing marijuana (if at the correct temperature 180F no higher or you'll also burn the plant matter and get trace amounts of smoke) are psychological side effects.
I've never had an issue with them, only people with extremely addicting personalities or previously existing personality disorders seem to suffer from these side effects though.
There is zero lung tissue damage if you vaporize at the correct temperature.
There is zero throat gum lung or other respiratory related cancer increases recorded in any study published in a medical journal in the last 30 years.
It is my learned and researched opinion, backed with my personal experience and the experience of many of my well educated peers, that you will be okay vaporizing marijuana every day.
Just keep a notepad handy because vaporizer highs sneak up on you and sometimes you take too much and start to forget what you were doing while you are using the vaporizer. Of course this is just as temporary as the pain relief, and something I've never had a real problem with.
I hope this helps!

Edit: I didn't get sick FROM smoking marijuana, I got sick with mono which caused me to be open to many other infections which i got from the kids I work with (I coach gymnastics, and interact with kids on a daily basis), so i got bronchitis, a throat infection, and a couple other nasty ones, because my immune system was pinned down by mono. I made the decision to improve the health of my lungs to help for the next time I get sick, because when you are a smoker, it takes much longer to beat a cold down, and the symptoms in your respiratory system are much more obvious to a smoker.

Personal experience, an education in Human anatomy and physiology, and a lifetime of research for my pothead friends.
