I eat garlic for it's medicinal qualities... now how do i stop smelling?!

Question: I eat garlic for it's medicinal qualities... now how do i stop smelling?
whenever i feel like i'm getting sick, i swallow a clove of raw garlic.

garlic is known as "the poorman's penicillin" because of all it's medicinal qualities.

i find that it works! but i always smell of garlic later. not only garlic breath- but the smell comes through my skin too...

trying to cover it up with sprays seems to make it worse.... is there anything i can do?

Answers:

The sulfur compounds in the garlic are responsible for that strong, pungent odor in the breath and sweat. Too remove the sulfides in your bloodstream, a relaxing sauna, steam bath or half an hour inside a hot shower stall will help get rid of the sulfides that made their way into your sweat glands.

For garlic breath: breathmints, chewing parsely, eating anything cold or drinking wine are all options.

Use lemon water, lemon scented detergent or laundry soap to rinse your hands and fingers after chopping or preparing garlic.

There are versions of Garlic where the smell has been taken out. However, in the process of taking the smell out, the effectivity has been lessened, but within reason. Check out Douglas Lab Products. Even Standard Process (by far the best) may have a product that does not give off the oder.

It indeed comes through all your pores.

Take the tablets.

They aren't as fresh, but don't smell as well, garlicky!

Maybe take a garlic supplement. Then you can have your garlic and not stink

Try parsely capsules.
