I am fifteen , height - one six eight cm , weight - seventy kg , i wanted to loose weight and hence started it today by walking fr a little tym . . . five mins i guess and now i am left wid severe thigh pains . . Plz help me by suggesting an effective way . .plz. .

There is one way and thats to do a hell of a lot more than 5 minutes. make it 20-30 minutes every day. and deal with the pain - the emotional and physical damages of being unfit are a lot worse.

Try to get a dog walking job and earn as you lose
