What natural herb or medicine can I use as a blood thinner as a replacement for !

Question: What natural herb or medicine can I use as a blood thinner as a replacement for aspirin ?
I have stents in my arteries and I don't want them clogged so I am supposed to use Aspirin all my life otherwise.

Answers:

Arteries are clogged with cholesterol due to inflammation and oxidative stress. Good video to explains the myth of cholesterol and how inflammation and oxidative stress is the enemy, not cholesterol >>> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1UdbktzOd…

A homocysteine and C reactive protein blood test [markers for inflammation] is recommended every 6 to 12 months. Under 6umol/l for homocysteine and under 1mg/l for C reactive protein is healthy. Vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12 are essential to lower toxic homocysteine levels.

Common blood thinners include:

--Vitamin E, fish oil/omega-3 fatty acids
--Garlic, ginkgo biloba, cinnamon, paprika, ginger, onions, olive oil
--Raisins, cherries, cranberries, strawberries, oranges, grapes
--Vinegar
--Honey

Studies have shown that aspirin is ineffective when used by women for this purpose, but works well for men. White willow is the natural form of aspirin, from which aspirin was developed in 1899. No one knew how it worked until 20/30 years ago.
Vitamin C and Lysine have been shown to clear blocked arteries. So has Hawthorne tincture or the gemmotherapy version.
You're really best off consulting with a professional Homeopath or Naturopath in the management of this type of problem.

I understand that Garlic has the properties of thinning the blood ~ I personally take garlic in capsules on a daily basis to avoid the garlic smell`Check any herb shop and they will advise you or go to Google on the internet where you can get all the info you require~ Garlic is a natural herb and certainly cannot do you any harm

Herb and Health Shops and personal experience

try one glass of red wine per night with your dinner.
it's very effective for this issue and safe. if you dont drink
to excess you will notice a difference in about 1-2 weeks.

Even your physician will agree. But you'd be wiser to
just simply take the aspirin due to already having
problems. The aspirin will have the same effect and its
much eaiser.

Why not just take aspirin? It's derived from the bark of a willow tree - it's not some evil chemical. And it'll cost you about a buck per month, as opposed to whatever exorbitant amount you would pay for an ineffective homeopathic tincture that doesn't even contain anything active.

Stick with the aspirin. It's predictable, reliable, and unlike naturopathic quackery, actually WORKS!
