How to cure nauseousness?!

Question: How to cure nauseousness?
I'm 15, and ever since Friday I have had nausea on and off. I have hardly eaten anything, except a couple light foods. I feel really weak when I stand up, and the only thing I've had to drink is 7-Up and water today. I threw up yesterday morning and I have had diarrhea once. How do I stop feeling like I'm going to throw up?

Answers:

It sounds like you have the flu. Drink plain water and forget about the 7-up -- the high fructose corn syrup will make you barf. Green tea is okay.

Vomiting and diarrhea are your body's way of getting rid of something. Trying to suppress it will only make the problem hang on longer in your system. When there's nothing left to come up, you won't feel nauseous any more. Get lots of sleep.

to help with nausea try an anti-emetic herbs (herb to stop vomiting etc)

here is a list of them

many of these things are found in the average house/spicerack

get some fresh ginger at the store and make a tea with it sweeten with honey and use distilled water to make it if you can.

Also definitely sip on apple cider vinegar water (About one to two tbs per cup)( this may also help the diarrhea..sip it all day like coffee do not chug it. May add (raw) honey and (sea) salt if desired. for best results use raw vinegar sold at the grocery or healhfood store under the brand name braggs, eden or spectrum (health food section of store). If not at least never buy vinegar in a plastic bottle. You might try heintz.

Once I had diarrhea and had tickets to go somewhere I really wanted to go and was worried. I did this vinegar and 5 hours later when the concert arrived it was completely gone. (in the future never buy vinegar that it not unpateurized as it is not safe for the body but for now if that is all you have take that or buy some).

If buying one of the herbs (anti-emetics), make sure it is organic and in the form of a tincture not capsule for best results

For diarrhea, try the brat diet It is what doctors used to tell moms to do

Banana
Rice
Applesauce
Toast

To help rid yourself of the virus/bacterial infection, it appears you have try any of these antiviral agents

1 raw garlic (at least 3 plus cloves)

2 grapefruit seed extract (take with lemonade to disguise bitter taste

3 oil of oregano

4 organic olive leaf tincture/extract

5 colloidal silver

hope this helps

In the future if you are eating anything you suspect is spoiled drink the vinegar water prior. It has worked for me and family for 35 years or take charcoal caps immediately after.
