How do you naturally prevent wrinkles?!

Question: How do you naturally prevent wrinkles?
I'm young with fair skin, i never tan, and I am wondering if there is anything i can take or do now to decrease the amount of wrinkles i develop naturally. THANK YOU!

There are a couple options... addressing it on the outside and addressing it from the inside. Both are very good and beneficial ways of doing it and you can even do them both at the same time. Both of them involve proper nutrition for the skin as well as proper hydration... either way, you'll want to make sure you're also drinking enough water every day (generally 8 cups per day) as well.

Some people prefer to use wrinkle creams or hydrating creams topically, some prefer to use moisturizing oils instead... that's a personal preference. If you're young, you probably won't need a full out "wrinkle cream", but any moisturizing cream should be good for you. You're also doing well to avoid tanning as excessive tanning can make people wrinkle prematurely.
If you use Vitamin E topically (in cream or oil), you'll want to spread out the amount that's used evenly to each area you apply it to, as too much vitamin E can build up to toxic levels in your body. You can also try soaking your skin in Aloe Vera because that helps to soothe any tissue it touches, but that's more short-term than long-term.

Also, if you would like more benefits, there are some supplements you could take internally to help the health of your skin in general (internal hydration or basic skin nutrition). Some of the most popular ones are Biotin, Silica (commonly from Horsetail), Squalene, Borage Oil (specifically for the GLA, Gamma Linoleic Acid), Hyaluronic Acid, MSM, L-Cysteine, Collagen, and most antioxidants (like Vitamins A and C among others).
Good luck and I hope I helped!

You can fight wrinkles by avoiding overexposure to the sun. The sun increases the number and activity of free radical molecules. Vitamins and other nutrients known as antioxidants are necessary to stop the formation and the activity.

-Avoid Excess Sunlight
-Moisturize Your Face
-Sleep on Your Back (Sleeping face down actually promotes wrinkles)
-Gain a little Weight (Excess fat puffs out your face, strange but true)

You don't.

Wrinkles themselves are a natural phenomenon. Preventing them "naturally" is like trying to put out a fire with a blowtorch.

put face lotion on everyday. I swear it works, my mom has done it and she has like no wrinkles. She's 55 and looks 10 years younger!

I use my wife's face creams.
