Question: Is the Supplement pill, Pink Magic, safe for teens ages 17?
My friend and I are both 17. I am about 5'7, weighing about 145, and I wrestle. My friend, on the other hand, stands at about 6'0, and weighs about 175 pounds. While I maintained my weight during wrestling season in the winter, he was busy gaining weight and hitting the gym harder than I was.

Now, he takes a supplement called Pink Magic. After skimming through some reviews, It seems to be a really great product, but it is labeled as a " Natural Testosterone Booster".

I'm no expert, but I've heard it's bad for teenagers to be adding testosterone to their bodies, when they're bodies are already making so much. I am really confused, as my friend seems to be going up in weight at the gym and on his body rapidly, and I'm still at 145 pounds. I'm not sure what to do. All help is greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't put that junk in my body. It contains: Gelatin that comes from cow hooves from who knows where and much of the gelatin used in capsules contains prions that cause dementia 10 to 20 years later from consuming it and it also contains Magnesium Stearate that is an immune suppressant, TRANS FAT, and nutrient absorption inhibitor. There are far better herbs and products on the market than that junk. Look for a product that contains Maca Root, Muira Puama bark, Long Jack root, Catuaba bark, and Tribulus terrestris root, etc. for the Anabolic aspect of the product. And then look for the product to contain herbs that will help your Anabolic synergy.

Testosterone is made from cholesterol, so you need to make sure you are getting good fats in your diet and reduce your carb intake to about 75 grams. The fat will give you long sustained energy and tell your body you are not starving (like eating lots of carbs will do). Keep your protein consumption modest because the excess protein you consume turns to saturated fat by the liver and throws off lots of nitrogen in the kidneys.
