Question: Can I JUST use warm water instead of the Fleet Enema Saline Solution in the bottle?
(I heard that that stuff is kinda bad for you, cause it kills all the germs even the good ones that you need.?)

You can use warm water instead of the saline. What I want to know is what you are preparing for! :)
Sure you can use warm water -- it will be more effective if you can get the water temperature just a bit warmer than body temperature. You can also buy a rectal syringe, which is a reuseable squeeze bottle with a tapered tube attached.
You CAN but it won't be nearly as effective. The point is to kill the germs, the natural bacterial cultures that normally exist in the region will regrow themselves over time.
I don't see why you could not. You may need to "repeat as necessary" though.
