I just decided to cold turkey from a 5 month dxm(cough syrup/pills) binge,currently I have a feeling in my tummy like I have diarrhea(tmi I know),a headache which I mild down with advils and I've slept 14 hours the past day.and how long will it last?

You're getting what you should expect. Sleep alot=good thing. Eat healthily & regularly. Milk Thistle capsules will help heal your liver. Sassafras tea (@healthstore) will cleanse your blood. If you run, do that but not TOO much. Walking is even better. Bottom line=investigate why you did that to yourself. And don't say fun cuz how much fun is it NOW?
