Does bread really help cure headaches?!

Question: Does bread really help cure headaches?
I've heard that eating bread cures headaches because it "absorbs" the headache or something like that lol (I don't really remember the reason). Is it true that eating bread with help get rid of a headache?

Answers:

No. But water does.

Headaches aren't caused by an accumulation of tangible particles, and even if they were, the esophagus directs ingested bread *away* from the skull.

So no, bread doesn't "absorb" headaches.

Try ibuprofen (Advil?).

Never heard that one before. Bread gives me a headache because of an allergy to wheat. You can use some lavender oil and rub it into your temples as well as where ever the hurt is. Although it does not CURE, it certainly does make it feel better!

No but Pressure does.

Put your Finger in between your eyebrows and push your tounge against the roof of your mouth..

WOrks pretty well.
