Any real safe home remedy to cure Oral Thrush?!

an inhaler and antibiotics are not going to help. what inhaler did you use? inhaled corticosteriods, which is in the Advair Diskus will actually cause oral Candidiasis, if you do not rinse your mouth out well enough. you really need a prescription med to get ride of the yeast. meds can be either oral (like Diflucan) or a mouth wash/rinse like Nystatin. Nystatin has less side effects and won't go in your system (if you don't have to swallow it) like oral meds. if you let it go too long, it can spread down your esophagus into your stomach. that is horrible. i have had patients who had that happen... they were hospitalized since they could not eat.

see a doctor and get some meds to take care of it so it does not get worse.

if you would lose your job due to time conflicts, go into an urgent care center. unfortunately, yogurt will not cure what you have. you need an anti-fungal medication. that is the only thing that will fight off the yeast. urgent care centers are open all the time. going to an ER would be a more expensive option, and it isn't really an 'emergency.'
