How to avoid a panic attack while smoking?!

Question: How to avoid a panic attack while smoking?
cannabis?

Answers:

Panic attacks while smoking marijuana can be a serious problem. Most of the time its related to the altered thought process and your brain is panicing because in a way it feels like its being damaged so it send out alot of chemicals like epinephrine to stimulate the fight or flight response.

Other reason is you are allergic to the smoke and the dulled pain receptors are masking hypoxemia (low oxygen in blood) caused by a narrowing of the airways. This is usually diagnosed by a medical examination while intoxicated. They would check your oxygen saturation in relation to heart rate. Hypoxemia can lead to permanent brain damage and organ damage.

Either way panic attacks are a way your brain is saying not to smoke.

The chemicals released during panic attacks themselves can be toxic to many oragans themselves if produced in sufficient quantity as well.

I used to smoke pot as a teenager even though I had panic attacks from it. The reason I quit was that it was very uncomfortable and not a bit fun. I only did it to fit in....

Your hearts pounding, you are obsessing and freaking out, you think you are dying...sound familiar?

Just quit smoking that garbage. If your friends don't think you're "cool" anymore, find some real friends. Don't mess your body up like that.
