Soar throat home remedies?!

Question: Soar throat home remedies?
I'm not one to take medication for illnesses i just hate to do that. But i have a really bad soar throat and i'm wondering if anyone has any easy home remedies that don't cost a fortune?

(I already am drinking tons of Green tea with lemon juice and honey)

Answers:

Dissolve a teaspoon of regular table salt in a tall glass of warm water. Gargle for 30 seconds and spit. The salt water helps calm inflammation in your throat. Inflammation is usually what makes throats sore. You can also run yourself a nice warm bath and get into some comfy pajamas.

I was going to suggest lemon juice and honey, but it seems you already have that covered! I hope you feel better soon and good for you for staying away from meds!

Sore throats can be affects human body due to viruses or other bacteria may be by way of air or water.

I have few tips to make a sore throat go away even faster using home remedies
You can do gargle, generally a gargle will help to cure sore throat by changing the acidity of the throat to one that the bacteria cannot survive.

Brush your tongue. Sometimes, removing the buildup on your tongue can also affect the soreness in your throat. Rinse your toothbrush in mouthwash between brushing's to kill bacteria.

Eat soft or liquid foods, drink ice-cold beverages you will feel better.

You can do gargle with the salty water (dissolve as much salt in a cup of warm water) at every 1 hour which will help your sore throat.

You can use 1 clove garlic (boil) with 1 cup warm water and gargle carefully with mixture of it.

You can even use Aloe Vera & Vinegar mixture (after mixture with warm water)and Gargle with it at every 1 hour of day. This will really help you to relive you from sore throat.

I hope i helped you at lest little. Take care.
